About the Role
Ogilvy Health UK is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join their Business Influence team, specialising in B2B influencer marketing. As part of a globally recognised agency known for its creativity and impact, you will bridge the gap between B2B marketing strategy and high-impact influencer execution. You will lead the ideation, project management, and end-to-end delivery of complex influencer campaigns for prestigious clients across multiple sectors including technology, finance, and corporate services.
Your portfolio will primarily focus on B2B audiences, leveraging your deep understanding of corporate brand value, professional decision-making journeys, and complex routes to market. You will manage diverse activations such as large-scale production shoots, multi-market toolkit development, research and thought-leadership content creation, employee advocacy programs, and partnerships with industry thought leaders.
Reporting to the Influence Director / Influence Business Director, you will act as a client lead, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Media, PR, Social, Brand Activation, and Digital to deliver integrated campaigns that exceed client KPIs. Your role will also involve overseeing influencer database management, campaign reporting, and staying ahead of cultural, B2B, and social trends to inform strategic insights.

Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of dedicated experience in influencer marketing, corporate PR, or B2B marketing/sales.
- Proven track record managing complex influencer campaigns and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of B2B audiences, professional social networks (especially LinkedIn), and corporate compliance, legal, and brand safety requirements.
- Experience integrating digital, social media, and PR into cohesive campaign activities.
- Practical production knowledge including video shoots, licensing, and usage rights is highly desirable.
- Experience in Corporate PR or B2B sales/account management environments is advantageous.
- Mentorship experience supporting junior team members is a plus.
