About the Role
Join the Business Intelligence & Analytics Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) and play a key role in harnessing the power of data to drive better decision-making and enhance tenant experiences. As an Information Analyst, you will work collaboratively with business units to unlock the potential of information, support strategic goals, and embed data-driven practices across the organisation. This fixed-term contract (until 30/11/2026) is maternity cover and reports directly to the Information and Analytics Manager.
Your responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders to define KPIs and target settings for 2026/27, delivering actionable insights proactively and responsively, designing and building standardised reports and dashboards using Power BI with a focus on clear storytelling and visualisation, empowering business users to self-serve and lead information huddles, and collaborating with data modellers, quality analysts, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Experience
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and data storytelling, particularly within the housing association sector
- Strong technical skills in Power BI and DAX
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement clear, measurable KPIs aligned with strategic goals
- Hands-on experience in change management focused on embedding data-driven decision-making
- Strong analytical capabilities including application of statistical and mathematical models to support business insights
