About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services across south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. This role offers the opportunity to manage an information team within one of the largest acute trusts in the country, supporting high quality patient care through data-led decision making.

The Information Manager will oversee statutory and mandatory reporting, ensuring compliance with national standards and timely submissions. You will be responsible for producing high-quality internal information flows and championing data-driven insights across the organisation. This role sits within the wider Health Informatics Department, working collaboratively with colleagues across data warehousing, modelling, and analysis to bridge the gap between data and insight.

Main duties include managing national returns and submissions, developing the internal operational reporting framework for acute services, triaging and delivering ad-hoc requests, and providing analytical support to operational and trust management teams. You will also deputise for the Deputy Head of Information Delivery when required and lead the Acute Information management team, focusing on staff development and recruitment.

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust comprises five major hospitals including Guy’s, St Thomas’, Evelina London Children’s Hospital, Royal Brompton and Harefield, alongside community services. The Trust is renowned for clinical excellence, research, and innovation, and is part of King’s Health Partners academic health sciences centre.
