Key responsibilities include supporting the execution and delivery of financing and advisory transactions, leading preparation and review of financial models and valuation analyses, preparing client presentations and internal materials, conducting research to support client coverage and business development, coordinating due diligence processes, assisting with transaction structuring and execution, managing workstreams, supporting client relationship management, mentoring junior analysts, and maintaining transaction records in compliance with internal policies. You will also undertake ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as required.
