We are seeking passionate and resilient individuals to join our Initial Assessment Team, supporting single people facing homelessness. In this fast-paced and dynamic front-line role, you will be the first point of contact for households experiencing homelessness, assessing their circumstances and needs. You will provide practical advice and sustainable housing solutions while working collaboratively with partners to prevent and relieve homelessness.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in the homelessness sector. Knowledge and experience in this area is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
