About the Role
The Integrated Neighbourhood Team Manager will lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated health and social care services within the borough. This role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate care pathways, improve patient outcomes, and work collaboratively with partner organisations. You will be responsible for operational management, staff development, and ensuring services meet local needs and strategic objectives. The role demands a proactive approach to service improvement and the ability to work within a complex and evolving health and social care environment.

Experience
Proven experience in managing integrated health and social care teams or services. Demonstrable leadership and operational management skills within a multidisciplinary environment. Experience of working collaboratively with partner organisations and stakeholders to deliver integrated care.

Qualifications
