About the Role
Blank Street, Inc. is seeking a passionate mid-level Interior Designer to join our expanding team in London. You will support all phases of the design and build process, from test fits and concept design through to construction administration. This role involves collaborating closely with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality commercial and hospitality projects that enhance consumer experiences.

At Blank Street, we are on a mission to become the defining food and beverage brand of our generation by creating memorable moments through elevated products and attention to detail. As part of our team, you will contribute to this vision by maintaining on-brand aesthetics appropriate to the market and supporting key initiatives from creation to implementation.

You will receive mentorship from Senior Designers and assist in coordinating with external consultants, ensuring design deliverables meet brand standards and quality assurance policies. Additionally, you will support the Real Estate team during due diligence processes as needed.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional design experience in commercial or hospitality projects
- Proven ability to support and contribute to design concepts and technical documentation across multiple project phases
- Experience working in collaborative design teams and contributing to project coordination

About You
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning

Qualifications
- BArch or MArch degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit), Google Suite, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite
