About the Role
Living Things is one of the fastest-growing drinks brands in the UK, with listings in every major grocer, the best independents, and 20+ international markets. Less than three years into our mission to make soft drinks that are delicious and guilt-free, we are expanding our team. This senior International Marketing Manager role will lead brand and marketing across our core European markets. You will:
Own the international marketing strategy across Europe
Adapt and localise brand campaigns, content, and social media to resonate with each market's audience
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new market launches
Build and manage local partnerships including influencers, PR, events, and agencies
Manage the international marketing budget to maximise impact and ROI
Partner closely with sales, trade marketing, and international account teams to align brand and commercial activities
Track, measure, and report on brand and campaign performance across markets
Experience
5+ years marketing experience, ideally within drinks, FMCG, or challenger consumer brands
Proven track record building brands and running campaigns across multiple international markets
Experience leading market launches or go-to-market activities
Strong expertise in managing local partnerships including influencer, PR, and events
Excellent project management and agency/stakeholder management skills
About you
Comfortable balancing brand-building with commercial results
Culturally fluent and adept at working across diverse markets, languages, and time zones
