About the Role
As a Senior Associate in the International Private Bank Events team, you will deliver high-quality client experiences by supporting the planning and execution of client events aligned with IPB business priorities and brand standards. You will collaborate with various team heads across event planning, project management, hospitality activation, data management, and onsite execution. You will lead individual projects and contribute to larger regional and global programmes within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end event logistics such as timeline tracking, venue communications, food and beverage selection, speaker management, AV support, guest travel arrangements, event materials, and post-event summaries. You will also assist with special projects including internal flagship events and support event calendars, reporting, data management, presentation decks, contracts, invoices, and vendor onboarding in compliance with risk and process requirements. Additional duties include researching venues, new event formats, vendors, and regional trends; coordinating registration and guest services including invitation lists, RSVP tracking, seating, badge production, and onsite check-in via in-house platforms; supporting event hospitality for approved sponsorships; and managing ticketing opportunities by liaising with front office and cross-line-of-business partners to ensure strategic use of tickets and strong partnerships. Flexibility to work extended hours and travel locally and internationally is expected.

Requirements

Experience
Proven work experience in corporate events management. Experience in financial services is helpful but not required.

About you
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Practical problem-solving skills and effective vendor coordination. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with event platforms. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels and providing timely updates. A proactive team player with a positive mindset who communicates clearly and early. Composed under pressure and adaptable to changing onsite needs. Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as required. Language skills such as Spanish, French, Italian, German, or Mandarin are a plus.
