About the Role

You will be part of a global wealth management leader delivering the highest quality advice, service, capabilities, and products to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and families worldwide. Through an integrated and diverse platform, we provide highly customized and comprehensive market-leading solutions to help clients navigate the complexities of the financial services landscape.

As a key member of the J.P. Morgan Private Bank team of specialists, the VP Lending Advisor manages our most complex borrowing relationships by presenting J.P. Morgan Private Bank's credit solutions to UHNW clients and advising on implementation. You will work alongside talented colleagues from various markets, businesses, and functions, providing an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

Key responsibilities include originating credit leads from prospects and existing clients, leading credit marketing initiatives for MENAT clients, providing the full suite of lending services including securities-based lending, specialty lending, real estate lending, and broader structured lending. You will participate in and lead prospection initiatives, partner with other client advisory professionals to uncover needs, and deliver sophisticated and innovative financing or restructuring solutions.

You will act as an internal sales leader for credit products, liaising with Market Managers, Bankers, and Investors to ensure credit is a core part of the J.P. Morgan offering. The role involves developing creative financing or restructuring solutions within acceptable credit and risk parameters, analyzing client capital structures, underwriting and executing loan and derivative structures, and playing a lead role in the credit approval process.

Maintaining credit and risk management discipline is essential, including monitoring portfolio risk, adjusting debt structures and risk ratings as needed, and proactively working to improve portfolio quality and prevent loss. You will also contribute to the development and retention of junior team members in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Experience
- Strong expertise in credit, financial instruments, and derivatives transactions
- Experience in structuring complex transactions
