About the Role
Drive global sales and represent Hill with confidence and care. As an International Sales Executive, you will help deliver Hill’s global sales targets by building strong relationships with overseas customers, introducers, and agents. From the first enquiry to legal completion, you will offer tailored guidance and exceptional service—bringing our developments to life for international buyers.

You will collaborate closely with legal, marketing, and customer service teams to support a seamless experience while helping shape future strategy through market insight and client feedback.

Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with international buyers and agents across WeChat, WhatsApp, and email
- Conducting in-person and virtual viewings, investor briefings, and sales meetings
- Generating and qualifying leads through tailored follow-up and communication
- Managing the end-to-end sales journey from enquiry to exchange
- Coordinating AML documentation and liaising with solicitors and internal teams
- Maintaining brand standards in show homes and the sales suite
- Creating sales tools including FAQs, investor videos, and property packs
- Delivering updates on availability, pricing, and incentives to overseas partners
- Ensuring customer service meets NHBC / HBF Five Star standards
- Providing market research and insight to support pricing and sales strategy

Requirements

Experience
Experience in international residential sales or new homes marketing is essential. Knowledge of AML compliance and sales progression processes is required. Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and data tracking tools is expected.

About you
Fluent in Mandarin is essential; Cantonese is a strong advantage. You must have strong interpersonal skills and confident relationship management abilities. High attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities proactively are important. Cultural awareness and confidence in engaging with international clients are key to success in this role.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in sales or property marketing are advantageous but not explicitly required. A proactive attitude and passion for property sales are essential.
