About the Role
The EMEA Media & Communications Advisory team at JPMorganChase is composed of professionals with strong client relationships across leading companies in the sector. As an Analyst, you will play a key role in the origination and execution of investment banking mandates across all major product areas. You will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, conducting financial analysis, and preparing internal committee memoranda and client presentations for M&A, capital markets transactions, or strategic dialogue.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform detailed valuation analysis including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis
- Support daily deal execution and project management of clients
- Conduct combination, transaction structuring analysis, and other financial analyses
- Prepare presentation books, management presentations, Board materials, memorandums, and other materials for corporate finance transactions or strategic client dialogue
- Interact daily with senior team members and client management teams to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives

Experience
Relevant investment banking or leading corporate finance experience, ideally within the Media, Telecoms, and/or digital infrastructure sectors.
