About the Role
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to our Investment Banking business. As an Analyst in the Italy, Greece Corp & FIG and Germany & Austria FIG Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, you will participate in all client activities including marketing, execution, ongoing relationship management, and idea generation. You will play a vital role in helping to win new business, developing client relationships at a junior level, and managing internal processes for deal execution and approvals.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of teams within Investment Banking, including Fixed Income Syndicate, Legal, Capital Structuring, Ratings Advisory, Credit, and M&A/Coverage. Working in a demanding, team-focused environment, you will engage with both Corporate clients and Financial Institutions. The role offers opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across countries and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in executing funding and capital markets transactions across Investment Grade bonds, loans, and liability management
- Participate in pitching processes to win new business and develop client relationships
- Support execution and pitching of acquisition financing deals in coordination with M&A/Coverage, Ratings Advisory, and Credit teams
- Prepare and review pitch books and marketing materials for client meetings
- Prepare and review market updates for clients in written and verbal formats
- Manage internal processes for deal pitching and execution
- Contribute to integrating AI-enabled tools into workflows to enhance productivity and quality, in partnership with relevant stakeholders and in line with firm controls
- Collaborate closely with Syndicate, Structuring, Legal, M&A, Ratings Advisory, Credit, and Corporate Banking teams

Experience
- Relevant Investment Banking or Accounting experience (DCM, ALF, ECM, IB coverage, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and maturely with clients and colleagues

About You
- Proficient Italian language required; German proficiency preferred
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Bloomberg
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork and partnership
- High attention to detail and effective time management with ability to work under pressure
- Highly motivated, adaptable, able to multi-task and manage projects independently
- Interest and familiarity with AI/GenAI tools and automation to support research and analytics
