About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the UK Natural Resources team within Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. The team covers corporates across the Energy, Power & Utilities, Renewables, and Mining sectors based and listed in the UK. You will contribute to a dynamic team providing a wide range of advisory services including local and cross-border disposals, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, capital structure, liability management, and execution of equity, hybrid, and debt issuance. The role also involves corporate broking services with extensive interaction with equity research and sales teams, and senior clients.

As an Analyst, you will play a key role in originating and executing investment banking mandates across major product areas. You will be involved in the full transactional cycle including preparing marketing pitches, financial analysis, internal committee memoranda, and client presentations. Working alongside expert professionals, you will gain exposure to formal training, hands-on learning, continuous mentoring, and development opportunities. This role offers the chance to develop strong skills in investment banking and progress towards becoming a senior officer capable of generating and executing transactions. You will also collaborate with global sector teams and participate in live transactions.

Experience
Prior experience in Investment Banking or transaction execution is required.
