About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking Healthcare Coverage Group, providing a full range of investment banking services to clients across the EMEA region. The Group works with many of the world's leading firms in their industries, focusing on delivering creative solutions for mergers and acquisitions, equity, and debt capital raising.
As an Analyst in the EMEA Healthcare team, you will be a key contributor to business strategy and execution. You will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, developing and reviewing financial models and analysis, and preparing internal committee memoranda and client presentations. You will take a leadership role in execution, working closely with other analysts, associates, and senior bankers.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects including client communication and advisory team coordination both externally and internally
- Develop content for strategic client meetings related to M&A or capital market transactions
- Conduct detailed valuation and financial analyses including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, LBO analysis, and transaction structuring
- Prepare presentation books, management presentations, Board materials, memoranda, and other materials for corporate finance transactions or strategic client discussions
- Manage daily deal execution and project management, supporting client coverage through regular client dialogue
- Interact daily with senior team members and client management to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives
- Liaise with J.P. Morgan product teams, global sector teams, UK equities, and research departments
Experience
- Prior investment banking experience, preferably within a Healthcare coverage role
- Proficient financial modelling, valuation, analytical, and numeracy skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Comfortable interacting with clients professionally and maturely
