About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join the EMEA Media & Communications Advisory team within Investment Banking. The team is composed of experienced professionals with strong client relationships across a broad range of leading companies. As an Associate, you will play a vital and accountable role in maintaining strategic dialogue with key clients and executing M&A and capital market transactions. You will lead execution functions, working closely with analysts and associates while supporting senior bankers. The role offers opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across countries and product teams including M&A, ECM, and DCM. Job Responsibilities
- Perform detailed valuation analysis including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis
- Support daily deal execution and project management for clients
- Conduct detailed combination, transaction structuring, and other financial analyses
- Prepare presentation books, management presentations, Board materials, memorandums, and other materials for corporate finance transactions or strategic client dialogue
- Interact daily with senior team members and client management to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Analysts

Experience
- Proven Investment Banking or leading Corporate Finance experience, ideally within Media, Telecoms, and/or digital infrastructure sectors
