About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join JPMorganChase's Infrastructure Finance and Advisory group within the Investment Banking Division. The London-based team focuses on advising clients across Europe, Middle East, and Africa on financing infrastructure projects in sectors including transportation, energy, utilities, and social infrastructure. The group comprises experts in project finance, bonds, loans, structured products, and derivatives.
As a Senior Analyst/Associate, you will play a key role in executing the firm’s business by developing financial models, conducting financial risk analysis for greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects, and assisting in transaction due diligence to assess credit risks and identify mitigants. You will draft financing proposals, investor materials, roadshow marketing materials, rating agency presentations, pitch books, and other marketing collateral.
You will coordinate across multiple teams including client coverage, product partners, and internal stakeholders to manage deliverables and ensure transaction objectives are met. Engaging closely with clients and third-party advisors, you will help develop and implement appropriate financing solutions in various situations. Additionally, you will assist in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating financing documentation to support senior project finance advisors and conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities.

Experience
- Relevant investment banking or private equity experience
- Infrastructure/project finance experience is preferred

Qualifications
- Proficient quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced financial modelling, valuation, and debt structuring capabilities (Excel and PowerPoint)
- This role involves regulated activities; the successful candidate must meet regulatory requirements regarding fitness, propriety, knowledge, and competence as assessed by the firm and relevant regulatory authorities
