About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the dynamic J.P. Morgan UK Real Estate Investment Banking team. The team holds a leading position in the sector by client base, transaction activity, and revenue market share. Covering a broad range of UK Real Estate subsectors and private/sponsor-held assets, the team is responsible for origination and execution of public and private M&A and capital markets transactions involving corporate and financial sponsor clients across the UK and EMEA Real Estate sector.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in business strategy and execution, participating in the full cycle of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial models and analysis, and preparing internal committee memoranda and client presentations. You will lead execution functions, collaborate with analysts, associates, senior bankers, and partner with colleagues across industry and product teams globally.

The role involves extensive interaction with clients, equity research, equity sales teams, and C-suite management. You will contribute to maintaining J.P. Morgan’s strong network of relationships with prominent UK Real Estate companies and help deliver strategic advice and execution excellence.

Experience
- Proven experience in an Investment Bank within an Industry group and M&A
- Proficient financial modelling, valuation, analytical and numeracy skills including Real Estate modelling experience
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Comfortable and professional client interaction skills
