About the Role
Join Man Group, a global alternative investment management firm, as an Investment Operations Apprentice. You will support day-to-day investment operations activities including trade confirmations, settlements, processing, and reconciliations. You will assist with maintaining accurate records across Man’s accounting platform, ROSA, and learn to follow operational controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements. This role involves working closely with colleagues across operations, front office, and external providers to resolve queries. You will develop technical knowledge of investment products, systems, and operational processes, while contributing to process improvement initiatives and building strong organisational and analytical skills. This is a 15-month programme comprising 12 months of training and 3 months of apprenticeship assessment, including a project, presentation, and portfolio-based interview.

Entry-level position suitable for school leavers, early career individuals, or those seeking a new professional challenge. No prior experience required.

About you
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal. Takes ownership and accountability for assigned tasks. Enthusiastic and genuinely eager to learn. Must have the right to work in the UK and have lived in the UK or EEA continuously for the past 3 years. You should not have previously studied the course content or be undertaking any other qualification during this apprenticeship. Ability to apply your learning directly to your role is essential.

Qualifications
Level 3 Financial Services Administrator qualification delivered as part of the apprenticeship programme.
