About the Role
Man Group is a global alternative investment management firm focused on delivering outperformance for sophisticated clients through Systematic, Discretionary and Solutions offerings. The Solutions Investment Specialists team supports Man’s client base globally by providing high quality assistance across all stages of the client experience. This includes handling client queries, assisting in pitch presentations, marketing materials, DDQs/RFPs, and reporting. The role involves close collaboration with Solutions Portfolio Management, CPM and Sales teams to deliver tailored investment collateral and bespoke decks for custom mandates. You will manage the timely completion of RFPs and DDQs, ensuring the latest fund research, analysis and messaging are incorporated. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business is fundamental to ensuring content quality and identifying opportunities to add value. You will also translate complex investment ideas and data into logical, visually engaging formats and contribute to a variety of client-focused projects.

Experience
Ability to work with senior members of sales and investment management to support sales priorities. Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment and seeking continuous skill enhancement.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in understanding institutional and retail client expectations and requirements. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Ability to work independently within a team to meet demanding deadlines. Strong analytical ability with great attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
