About the Role
JP Morgan Personal Investing is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for excellent customer service to join our ISA team as a Transfers Analyst. This role involves accurate and timely administration of ISA, LISA, JISA, and GIA transfers both in and out of the bank using the Equisoft platform. With an increasing focus on asset transfers, experience in this area is highly valued. Responsibilities include processing withdrawals, collaborating internally with client services and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, and contributing to process improvements. Experience
Proven experience with cash and asset ISA transfers, ideally using the Equisoft platform. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively. A curious mindset and strong drive to succeed. Ability to work full time in the office. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are advantageous.

Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is preferred. Knowledge of retail investment products is a plus.
