About the Role
Join the Victoria and Albert Museum as an IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst, where you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the museum’s IT infrastructure and network systems. This position involves working closely with various teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations that support the museum’s mission. You will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing upgrades, and contributing to IT projects that improve service delivery and user experience.
Experience
Proven experience in IT infrastructure and network management, including hands-on knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software. Experience with network monitoring tools, troubleshooting, and security best practices is essential.
About you
You are a proactive and analytical professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You have excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of IT service delivery in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
A relevant IT qualification or certification in networking (such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) is desirable. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
