About the Role
As a Jobs & Education Advisor at Centrepoint, you will play a vital role in supporting young people to access employment, education, and training opportunities. You will provide tailored advice, guidance, and practical support to help young people overcome barriers and develop the skills and confidence needed to progress towards their goals. This role involves working closely with a range of partners and stakeholders to create pathways into sustainable jobs and education, ensuring young people receive the best possible support to build their futures.

Experience
Experience in delivering employment or education advice and support, preferably within a youth or community setting. Proven ability to engage and motivate young people facing multiple barriers.

About you
Passionate about helping young people succeed, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Qualifications
A relevant qualification in advice and guidance, youth work, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Willingness to undertake further training and professional development as required.
