Hours
Flexible and agile working options available, including hybrid working (office and home), reduced or varied working hours and days, compressed hours, and job share arrangements, subject to role requirements. There is an expectation to attend the office once or twice a week, or more as required.

About the Role
This is a great first role for someone starting their career in digital design. You might have recently finished a design degree, an apprenticeship, or have similar skills in digital and design. As a Junior Digital Designer, you will work closely with our Creative Partners and Social Media team to create content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms. You will also support the wider digital design process. This is a hands-on role where you will use a variety of tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Maxon Cinema 4D. You will have the opportunity to work across different areas of digital design, motion graphics, video, and content creation—building a strong foundation for your career. You will be guided by supportive and experienced teams, giving you the chance to learn, grow, and play an important role in bringing Nest’s creative vision to life.

Experience
- Design skills using graphic design software
- Experience working on social media design or video
- Portfolio of design work demonstrating your skills
- Ability to present ideas using moodboards or other visual methods

Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a passion for digital design. You should be motivated to develop your skills and contribute creatively within a supportive team environment. Don't worry if you don't have all the key skills yet; we are good at spotting potential and offer a generous training budget.
Qualifications
Recent completion of a design degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in digital and design is desirable but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the most important attributes for this role.
