We are offering an excellent opportunity for a career-driven Junior Sous Chef to join a new Mediterranean restaurant led by an independent chef-patron and his outstanding Head Chef, who together bring over a decade of Michelin-level experience. This is a high-performance kitchen: fast-paced, challenging, and uncompromising in its standards. Working alongside a professional brigade of 25 chefs, you will be expected to give your best every day. The role involves lunch and dinner service with a small, refined Mediterranean-inspired menu that evolves weekly. The restaurant serves an average of 100 covers for lunch and 150+ for dinner.
