About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity to work directly with an independent chef/patron who is an incredibly talented mentor. Together with his phenomenal Head Chef, they bring over a decade of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants. They have collaborated to create a unique Mediterranean restaurant offering cutting-edge dishes. The restaurant exudes style and elegance, with every fixture, piece of furniture, and detail in the restaurant, bar, and private dining room hand-picked to create a unique dining experience for guests.
The kitchen operates a lunch and dinner service with a small, weekly changing menu focused on Mediterranean cuisine. The professional team consists of 25 chefs, serving approximately 100 covers at lunch and over 150 covers at dinner.
Experience
- A passionate, reliable, and competent Chef de Partie with a strong foundation and training within reputable kitchens.
- Experience working in professional kitchens, ideally with exposure to Mediterranean or European cuisine.
About you
- Eager to learn and develop within a professional, foodie kitchen environment.
- Keen to expand knowledge of different cooking techniques and use a variety of European ingredients.
- A strong communicator who can take instructions well and work collaboratively with other chefs in the kitchen team.
Qualifications
- Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent experience preferred but not explicitly required.
