Our client is an award-winning neighbourhood restaurant offering high quality modern European dishes with a contemporary Mediterranean influence. The restaurant has an intimate setting with only 60 covers and prides itself on delivering authentic, beautifully presented a la carte dishes. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology and is spacious, state of the art, fully air-conditioned, and staffed by a team of over 7 chefs including pastry specialists. This role is ideal for a strong Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef looking to step up and work under the close mentorship of a group head chef. The restaurant emphasizes quality-led service supported by a highly supportive management team, with average covers of 20 for lunch and 60 for dinner.

Experience
- Highly competent, passionate, and professional Sous Chef
- Proven ability to run a small fine dining kitchen under mentorship
- Solid culinary background with experience training and leading a small culinary team
