About the Role
Our client is an award-winning neighbourhood restaurant offering high quality modern European dishes with a strong emphasis on quality-led service. The restaurant has an intimate 60-seat setting and serves a selection of authentic, highly presented à la carte dishes. The kitchen is equipped with the latest equipment and cooking techniques, featuring a spacious, state-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned environment. The team includes over 7 chefs across the main kitchen and pastry sections. This role is ideal for a strong Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef ready to step up and work closely under the mentorship of a group head chef in a fine dining, contemporary Mediterranean kitchen located near London Bridge Station.
Experience
- Proven experience as a competent and passionate Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Experience running a small fine dining kitchen and training a culinary team
