About the Role
As Kitchen Team Leader at the King's Head, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Join us at Nicholson’s pubs, where we combine nearly 150 years of experience with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You will train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of, be driven to smash targets with your team, support food ordering, preparation and stock control, and ensure your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations. You will have mastered the art of working with a branded menu and play a key role in maintaining high standards across the kitchen.

Experience
