As a Lancôme Beauty Advisor, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a luxurious customer experience through personalized service and merchandising standards. You will maintain a strong understanding of the latest makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to provide expert advice and tailored recommendations. Your role includes confidently demonstrating products, sharing Lancôme's heritage, and offering tips and techniques to meet customer needs.

You will consistently achieve individual and counter sales targets, proactively build authentic customer relationships both in-store and digitally, and promote upcoming events and brand activations. You will design and execute engaging in-store experiences and passionately represent Lancôme on social media platforms following company guidelines.

Operational excellence is key: you will participate in team efforts, complete required training, manage administrative tasks using designated platforms, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping to ensure a clean and inviting counter environment.

Experience
