About the Role
Join Thames Reach as a Lead Manager for the Lambeth Street Outreach Response Team, where your understanding, compassion, and commitment to addressing street homelessness will be highly valued. Thames Reach operates projects and services across London aimed at ending homelessness by working directly with people sleeping rough, those in hostels, and vulnerable individuals at risk of homelessness. Our outreach teams respond rapidly and flexibly to support rough sleepers, assessing their needs and creating tailored support plans that include obtaining identification, accessing health services, and referrals to specialist agencies, including immigration support.
As Lead Manager, you will directly line manage a team of outreach workers, ensuring the team focuses on achieving rapid accommodation outcomes for rough sleepers in Lambeth. You will be responsible for managing service performance against contract targets, monitoring and reporting regularly to funders. Additionally, you will manage relationships with partner organisations, including commissioners and local service providers, while developing best practices and continuously assessing barriers to ending rough sleeping.

Experience
- Proven experience in directly managing employees and overseeing team operations.
- Experience working in outreach or homelessness services is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage service performance and contractual obligations effectively.
