About the Role
At Notting Hill Genesis, data drives better decisions, stronger governance and improved outcomes for our residents. As our Lead Performance and Insight Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how performance is measured, analysed and communicated across the organisation.
Reporting into the Group Performance and Insight Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality performance reporting, insight and regulatory returns. You will provide robust analysis that enables the Executive Board, Group Board and senior leaders to make informed strategic decisions, whilst ensuring our performance frameworks remain accurate, meaningful and compliant with regulatory requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced performance professional who combines exceptional analytical capability with the ability to influence stakeholders, improve reporting frameworks and turn complex data into actionable business insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of NHG's corporate performance framework, producing accurate and insightful reporting for Executive Board and Group Board.
- Take ownership of key regulatory submissions, including the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and Statutory Data Return (SDR), ensuring submissions are accurate, timely and fully signed off.
- Develop meaningful performance insight and analysis that supports service improvements for residents and informs strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and continually improve KPI methodologies, business rules and governance documentation across the organisation.
- Provide expert advice and assurance on performance reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
- Lead the annual review of corporate KPIs, benchmarking performance and working with stakeholders to agree meaningful targets.
- Produce and validate a suite of high-quality performance reports across business areas, ensuring data is accurate, consistent and easy to understand.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and other reporting tools to improve business insight.
- Work collaboratively across operational and technology teams to understand business priorities and deliver innovative reporting solutions.
- Support the Group Performance and Insight Manager, providing leadership and technical expertise across the wider Performance & Insight team.

Experience
- Significant experience delivering corporate performance reporting within a complex organisation
- Experience coordinating and submitting regulatory returns
- Strong knowledge of performance frameworks, KPI development and reporting methodologies
- Experience working with the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and Statutory Data Return (SDR)
- Advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel skills with experience creating dashboards, reports and visualisations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and present clear recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Experience improving reporting processes, governance and data quality
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
- Good understanding of housing management practices and the regulatory environment
- High attention to detail with experience managing complex data and mitigating reporting risks
