You will maintain and improve KPI methodologies, business rules and governance documentation, provide expert advice and assurance on performance reporting, and lead the annual review of corporate KPIs.
You will also produce and validate a suite of high-quality performance reports, develop interactive dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and other tools, work collaboratively across operational and technology teams to deliver innovative reporting solutions, and support the Group Performance and Insight Manager by providing leadership and technical expertise across the wider team.
