Role: Lead Worker - Tenancy Sustainment Team - Stock Reconciliation Project
Salary / Grade: £26,463 per annum / D
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract: FTC until 22/11/2024
Location: Stockwell, and various sites across London

About this role…
We are looking for a Lead Worker to join the Tenancy Sustainment team.
Floating Support services work with people to sustain their housing. We use a strength-based approach to work with people to identify what support they require and how we can address them together or / and in collaboration with others e.g. landlords, Department of Work and pension or mental health services.
We can support people for the duration of their tenancy, or we can provide short term intervention. We can provide resettlement support when a tenancy commences, and we can equip people with the skills to manage their home and goals independently or when they are move on ready and require minimal support.
You will:
• Deliver Trauma-Informed and Strength-Based interventions to the people we support
• Offer rapid and responsive Tenancy Rescue support to people
• Supervise the practice and development of Volunteers within the team
• Develop solution focused approaches towards support for people with complex and multiple needs
• Work in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver and co-ordinate support
To succeed as the Lead Worker, you will have:
• Focused on supporting people to achieve the best outcomes as they work towards independence
• Good at creative and proactive problem solving
• Experience working effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
• Experience to develop and sustain effective working partnerships with a range of stakeholders
• Organised and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines, including administrative tasks
• Confident in working autonomously within the community
