This role involves managing training initiatives, designing and delivering engaging learning opportunities, and supporting early career researchers, apprenticeships, internships, and university placements across the organisation.

You will contribute to mapping future skills requirements, co-lead the development and modernisation of the Learning Management System, and coordinate learning and development activities including events and e-learning modules. Your work will ensure that every learning experience at UKCEH is inclusive, high quality, and impactful, supporting colleagues, line managers, and early careers alike.
