About the Role
As our Learning Partnering & Delivery Manager, you will lead the Learning Partnering & Delivery team, ensuring colleagues across Notting Hill Genesis receive high-quality learning that builds capability, strengthens performance and supports our values. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will oversee the planning and delivery of skills, behavioural and compliance learning, partnering with leaders, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development Partners and delivery specialists to ensure learning activity meets organisational needs and supports consistent, high-quality services for residents.

You will play a key role in strengthening NHG's capability and colleague experience by ensuring colleagues have the skills, knowledge and behaviours they need to perform confidently and consistently. Working at the heart of our People Development team, you'll help embed our values, improve organisational capability and support NHG's wider people strategy.

Key responsibilities include leading the Learning Partnering & Delivery team to plan, schedule and deliver high-quality skills, behavioural and compliance learning across NHG, ensuring consistent standards and colleague experiences; partnering with HRBPs, leaders and Learning & Development Partners to understand capability needs and align learning delivery to directorate priorities and service standards; ensuring learning delivery is consistent, scalable and sustainable; providing day-to-day leadership to a team of around six colleagues, creating clear priorities, strong performance and a supportive, values-led culture; overseeing planning and coordination of delivery activity with effective resource allocation; supporting statutory, mandatory and compliance learning delivery and audit readiness; collaborating with the Design & Systems team to align learning content and delivery; delivering engaging learning sessions where required; building facilitation capability within the team; embedding NHG's values and behaviours throughout learning experiences; working with Talent & Performance Partners and leaders to identify capability gaps and prioritise development interventions; and using data, feedback and workforce insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience
- Leading learning delivery, capability-building or organisational development within a complex organisation
- Strong understanding of skills, behavioural and compliance learning including statutory and mandatory requirements
- Partnering with leaders, HRBPs, Learning & Development Partners and delivery teams to diagnose capability needs and deliver effective learning solutions
- Using data, insight and evaluation to inform planning and improve learning outcomes
- Strong people leadership skills with ability to coach, develop and motivate high-performing teams
- Confident facilitation skills and ability to deliver engaging learning experiences
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping colleagues develop and deliver excellent outcomes for residents
- Commitment to values, inclusion and positive colleague experience

Qualifications
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional qualification (desirable)
- Experience working within a housing association, local authority or similarly complex organisation (desirable)
- Experience leading learning delivery teams or learning operations functions (desirable)
- Experience delivering talent, leadership or performance-related development programmes (desirable)
- Experience using learning data, talent insights and workforce metrics to inform strategy and delivery planning (desirable)
