About the Role
As a Learning Programs Associate within CIB Experience Design at JPMorganChase, you will support the end-to-end delivery and scaling of learning across the Experience Design community. Your role ensures learning programs are relevant, well-executed, and adopted in day-to-day practice. You will partner closely with design practitioners and stakeholders to facilitate line-of-business tailored learning, coordinate the learning community, and translate feedback into measurable improvements across learning programs and adoption.
Key responsibilities include coordinating learning delivery, accelerating AI learning transformation through role-based, use-case-driven programs, and contributing to the creation of engaging learning experiences and reusable assets such as templates, playbooks, and modular content. You will manage and enhance learning infrastructure, support learning working groups, develop communications to articulate learning plans, and analyze participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will support early careers and emerging talent development by coordinating onboarding, foundational learning, and growth pathways aligned to design craft and tools. You will also coordinate AI innovation and knowledge sharing by partnering with AI working groups to amplify best practices and emerging workflows. This role involves curating learning assets using tools such as Lucid, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
