About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lecturer in Inclusive Learning to join our Inclusive Learning department at the Hammersmith campus. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Inclusive Learning programmes, supporting learners to achieve their full potential. The role involves classroom and workshop-based delivery, learner support, assessment, and contribution to curriculum development to ensure provision remains industry-relevant and aligned with awarding body requirements.

Where appropriate, you may also take responsibility for leading a study programme or course, including curriculum design, quality assurance and learner outcomes.

Key responsibilities include delivering engaging, inclusive teaching adapted to individual learner needs and EHCP outcomes; preparing differentiated lesson plans, schemes of work and accessible teaching materials that promote independence, communication, English, Maths and employability skills; acting as a Personal Tutor providing academic, pastoral and wellbeing support; working collaboratively with Learning Support, families and external professionals to identify and overcome barriers to learning; supporting learners to develop independence, confidence and employability through work experience, enrichment and progression opportunities; assessing and recording learner progress contributing to individual learning plans, EHCP reviews and qualifications; promoting safeguarding, equality, diversity, inclusion, health & safety and learner wellbeing; and contributing to learner transition, recruitment, progression and quality improvement activities.

Experience
Experience delivering inclusive teaching, learning and assessment across diverse learner groups is essential. Experience in curriculum development, learner support and assessment within Inclusive Learning programmes is highly desirable.

Qualifications
Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in Inclusive Learning or a related field are required.
