About the Role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative Lecturer to join our dedicated and welcoming team. You will be responsible for managing and directing teaching teams and ensuring effective, learner-centred learning opportunities to meet the needs of adults with special needs. Key responsibilities include effective planning of teaching and learning within the designated curriculum, organising student learning experiences to support individual development, implementing appropriate assessment, objective setting, recording, reporting and evaluation of educational programmes, and managing and supervising team members including volunteers, students and visitors. You will also participate in planning and delivering staff development opportunities to update or develop new skills.

Experience
Experience in managing and directing teaching teams and delivering learner-centred education for adults with special needs is desirable.
