Experience
Proven experience as a Legal Counsel or similar legal advisory role, preferably within a corporate or commercial environment.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate complex legal concepts clearly. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential.

Qualifications
Qualified solicitor or equivalent legal qualification. Experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, and compliance is highly desirable.
