About the Role
Banana Moon Day Nursery in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated and passionate Room Leader / Early Years Professional to lead our Preschool Room. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality early education and care, leading your team with enthusiasm, and collaborating with parents to support each child’s individual needs. This role requires strong leadership to inspire your team and ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained in the preschool room.

Experience
- Leading a room team to deliver exceptional care and early years education
- Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities
- Promoting the well-being and safety of all children in the room
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Supporting and mentoring team members for continuous professional growth
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and nursery standards

Qualifications
Early Years Professional status or equivalent Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Education. Comprehensive understanding of early childhood development and safeguarding.
