About the Role
Synnovis is the UK’s leading and fastest growing pathology company, working in partnership with Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospitals, King’s College Hospital, and Princess Royal University Hospital to set the standard for the future of pathology. We are seeking a dynamic IT professional to join our team as a Beaker LIMS Analyst to support the delivery and ongoing operation of the Epic Beaker LIMS, middleware, and other systems for the South East London (SEL) Pathology Service. You will collaborate with operational and clinical teams, as well as Synnovis and partner Trust IT teams, to deliver and maintain a robust LIMS system.

At Synnovis, we are more than just a diagnostics provider — we are a partnership redefining pathology services by combining clinical excellence, innovative science, and operational expertise to improve healthcare outcomes across the UK. You will join a dedicated Beaker Team to implement, manage, and optimise Beaker across SEL Pathology laboratories, working closely with the wider IT department and operational teams.

We offer a comprehensive development programme through The Synnovis Way, enabling you to reach your potential, learn new skills, and achieve your goals. You will also have access to funding opportunities to drive innovation and service development through our Innovation Accelerator Fund.

Synnovis is shaping the future of pathology services by creating a world-leading Hub and Spoke pathology network with NHS partners, including moving 70% of services to a state-of-the-art Hub laboratory in central London. This role offers the opportunity to be part of this exciting transformation.
