About the Role
Join our Corporate Investment Bank Treasury team to manage forecast and budget processes which support business activities aligned with Treasury strategies across funding, capital, and liquidity. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and strategic role within the Corporate Investment Bank Treasury group, where you will play a crucial part in optimizing performance and shaping the future of the organization. As a Treasury Associate in the Corporate & Investment Bank Treasury Planning & Analysis team (CIBT), you will be responsible for executing management reporting, forecasting, multi-year budget processes, and analyzing liquidity metrics. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize performance and utilization of balance sheet and liquidity resources while adhering to regulatory constraints, internal controls, and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of daily and weekly liquidity management reporting; coordinating with CIBT Liquidity Analytics, Liquidity Controllers, Deposit Analytics, and regional teams to understand drivers of CIB's liquidity profile trends; partnering closely with CIB Line of Businesses (LOBs) controllers to understand balance sheet actuals and business drivers for respective LOB liquidity footprints and trends; supporting production of weekly, monthly, and quarterly senior-level overviews and writing variance commentaries that articulate CIB liquidity usage with reference to underlying business drivers and methodology/policy updates; supporting execution of CIB's liquidity forecast according to Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) rules, and the firm's internal Stress Liquidity framework; responding to ad-hoc requests from Treasury, CIO, and LOBs related to liquidity commentaries and forecasts; and working with the transformation team to automate and streamline management reporting and forecast execution, including implementation of proper controls.
Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting and Finance, or previous experience in Product Control. Strong understanding of stress liquidity concepts. Familiarity with CIB Balance Sheet products and core lines of business. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications
