About the Role
Are you experienced in syndicated loans and passionate about your work? As a Loan Servicing Associate within the Loans Agency team at JPMorganChase, you will be responsible for operational activities related to syndicated credit facilities where JPMorgan acts as Facility Agent. The Facility Agent’s role is to provide high quality service to all parties through accurate funds movement and timely information flows, in accordance with loan agreements broadly based on LMA-style documentation. This is a multi-faceted, client-facing, and deadline-driven role.

You will manage a portfolio of clients supporting lines of business such as Export Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Derivatives Group, Specialised Products Group, and Global Corporate Bank. Responsibilities include managing syndicate notifications related to daily processing, distributing information on data room sites, acting as the first point of contact for Borrowers and syndicate lenders, completing accession management and waiver coordination, reviewing and interpreting operational aspects of loan documentation during the facility’s life, and working with deal teams during refinancing to ensure operational feasibility. You will also liaise with external clients and internal teams including Credit, Origination, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, and Secondary Loan Trading, as well as facilitate lender presentations and meetings.

Experience
Proven experience in syndicated loans and knowledge of Loan IQ systems.

Strong communication skills with confidence in speaking to external clients. Analytically minded with strong technical skills in data manipulation. Qualifications
Relevant experience in syndicated loans is essential. Specific formal qualifications are not stated but a strong technical aptitude and client service orientation are required.
