Opportunities available across Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire and West London, with primary operations within 30 miles of London Heathrow Airport.
Hours
Full time, with flexibility to travel up to 50% to support other locations within the region. Future opportunities for international travel may arise.

About the Role
Join Amazon Web Services as a Logistics Specialist supporting the world's largest cloud computing infrastructure. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering world-class customer service by managing logistics operations within Data Centres. This role involves frequent lifting of materials up to 18 kgs and includes manual tasks such as assembling, addressing, stamping, and arranging shipments. You will coordinate daily scheduling of deliveries and collections across multiple locations, unpack and verify incoming shipments, and maintain precise records of all commodities moving in and out of company sites.
Key responsibilities include working closely with Data Centre Operations Technicians, Engineers, and other internal teams to fulfill parts requests quickly and accurately; coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries; ensuring inventory management systems are accurate and up to date; resolving invoice discrepancies; executing stock re-balancing locally and globally; managing inventory through regular cycle counts; optimizing storage space; maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety of workspaces; performing ad hoc analysis and projects; and managing reverse logistics by interfacing with vendors to process returns and replacements.
This role requires a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Experience as a logistics professional supporting inventory cycle counts, shipments, stock control functions, and reverse logistics.
- Experience using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to lift loads of up to 20 kgs and carry them for short distances.

- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination is a plus.
