As a L'Oréal Luxe Multi-Brand Fragrance Expert, you will create engaging fragrance experiences by designing and executing innovative events and animations that drive customer interest. You will provide expert coaching and guidance to your team, delivering personalized fragrance consultations and elevating the customer experience by embodying the L'Oréal Luxe service model.

You will confidently demonstrate fragrances, share the heritage of L'Oréal Luxe brands, and maintain a strong understanding of the latest fragrance and luxury trends. Your role includes achieving sales targets, building authentic client relationships both in-store and digitally, promoting events and brand activations, and upholding the highest standards of counter presentation and hygiene.

Experience
Passion for fragrance and luxury retail with proven ability to deliver personalized customer service and achieve sales goals. Experience in coaching or team leadership is advantageous.
