About the Role
L'Oréal Group, the world's leading beauty company, is seeking a National Collection Fragrance Expert to join the L'Oréal Luxe team. This role offers the opportunity to represent a portfolio of premium collection fragrances, bringing brand heritage and values to life in store and through key retail partnerships. You will deliver impactful training, masterclasses, and events to inspire customers and retail teams, driving engagement, loyalty, and retail performance.

As a brand and category expert, you will collaborate with Education and Advocacy teams to develop olfactory skills and deliver both classroom and digital education alongside in-store coaching. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, videos, and storytelling that reflect current trends and expand the brand's online presence.

Your mission includes leading fragrance masterclasses in flagship stores and at brand events, supporting PR-led fashion shows, influencer collaborations, and media events. You will be accountable for event performance and retail business growth, driving CRM and data capture to increase customer loyalty.

This role requires a passionate, self-motivated individual with a flair for creativity and innovation in event planning and execution. You will be a confident brand ambassador, able to influence stakeholders and retail teams, delivering exceptional consumer experiences while meeting business targets.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years retail experience with a strong focus on fragrance, olfactory expertise, and premium perfumery. Proven track record of driving retail results and delivering exceptional customer service. Demonstrated success in setting up, promoting, and executing both face-to-face and virtual masterclass events.

Creative with innovative ideas for eventing and masterclasses. Digitally savvy with a strong on-camera presence and ability to create engaging social media content. Comfortable with frequent travel and occasional overnight stays across UK and Ireland. Flexible approach to working hours in line with business needs. Well-developed analytical skills to identify opportunities and drive growth.
