About the Role
Join L'Oréal UK, the world's leading beauty company, as a L'Oréal Luxe National Skincare Expert representing the L'Oréal Luxe Multi-Brand Skincare portfolio across the UK & Ireland. You will be the national face of the skincare category, bringing to life the brands' heritage and values in store while developing partnerships to drive retail business within key retailers and store teams. A key part of your role will be building advocacy and working with influencers to inspire customers, drive engagement, loyalty, and brand performance.

Your responsibilities include:
- Developing business through sales and events, focusing on top doors in the UKI (60%), driving category growth via in-store events, beauty tech experiences, and beauty room appointments
- Generating turnover, brand awareness, and loyalty through events and PR
- Developing CRM at point of sale and online to build customer loyalty
- Monitoring KPIs such as customer satisfaction and market share, taking action to improve them
- Driving POS events and selling at POS, including skincare masterclasses, animations, photo shoots, backstage events, and offering elevated skincare treatments for VIP clients

- Developing BA’s skincare expertise through training and coaching (20%) by adapting training materials, supporting skincare expert communities, coaching at POS to meet KPIs, and animating a passionate skincare learning community

- Leading PR and digital content creation (20%) by managing community engagement on social platforms, playing a PR role aligned with brand image, representing the brand at events, and acting as a luxury skincare ambassador

This is a field/store based role requiring travel across the UK & Ireland and involvement in education and activation events.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years retail experience with a strong skincare background including storytelling, ingredient knowledge, and premium service focus. Proven track record of driving retail results and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in setting up, promoting, and executing successful face-to-face and virtual masterclass events.

Qualifications
Beauty Therapy Level 3 is preferable but not essential. A strong passion for skincare and a commitment to continuous learning and development are essential.
