40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. On-call 1 in 4 weeks.

Salary
£29,829 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician living in or around the South West London area? If so, we may have the perfect role for you! Join our facilities maintenance team at Arcus FM, where you will deliver planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients. You will be responsible for ensuring client sites are fully maintained and operating at their full potential. Enjoy working in a varied environment, traveling to client locations throughout your area, delivering high-quality repair works and rectifying any defects. Your role will also involve assisting in the delivery of excellent customer service, resulting in professional results, asset uptime, first-time fix, and quality workmanship.

Experience
Time served experience across a mix of multiple trades, ideally in a maintenance role. Valid UK driver's license. Experience working within a customer-facing environment. Confident using handheld IT equipment for managing works and documentation. Strong communication skills and work ethic. Awareness and knowledge of health & safety.

About you
You should have varied experience across a mix of trades, including patch plastering/rendering, carpentry works, various floor coverings, wall tiling, general repair work, and changing lights and locks. While we don't need you to know it all, a willingness to learn and grow is essential. Qualifications
Desirable qualifications include NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC in a building trade. Experience working within a maintenance remit for a multi-site retail client is also a plus.
