We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Services Technician to join our growing team, delivering services to our multi-site retail client in and around South East London! Salary: £28,119 per annum Door to door pay 25 annual leave, plus bank holidays Additional earnings available through enhanced overtime rates 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets Van (with option for personal use from day 1), tools, uniform, PPE and fuel card If you have a valid full UK driver's license and building maintenance experience, read on… You'll be carrying out repairs and planned preventative maintenance for our multi-site retail client in your area, ensuring their sites are presentable and fully maintained by delivering a high-quality service. No two days will be the same, one day you could be carrying out basic building fabric repairs, guttering, doors, windows, and locks, the next you could be working on minor flooring, tiles, signage, and plumbing repairs. We want to embrace your strengths and help you broaden your skills. So, if you want to learn and progress, but don't have all the of the experience needed, we'll provide training to help you carry out your job. From this role you could progress into a Building Fabric Specialist or Team Leader position.
